Strawberry-Melon Shake
Ingredients:
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1 cup whole strawberries, hulled
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor or
blender. Process until frothy or desired consistency is reached and the
ingredients are well mixed. Serve immediately.
