Raspberry Mint Tea
Ingredients:
3 bags mint-flavored herbal tea
2 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar (optional)
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
1. In a medium-size saucepan, bring 5 cups water to a boil.
2. Place tea bags in a medium heat-proof bowl.
When water boils, pour over tea bags and steep 5 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags and discard. Cover tea and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
4. Blend raspberries in blender until smooth.
Strain raspberry puree to discard seeds.
5. Blend chilled tea (step 3), raspberry
puree (step 4), sugar (optional), lemon juice and ice cubes.
6. Blend mixture until smooth.
